My First Piano Adventures-Ages 3-6

Join the child's world in a playful exploration of music and the keyboard. Through imagery, metaphor, and a diverse world of sound, we seek to develop a foundation of aural perception, eye tracking, and physical coordination. There is special opportunity to develop perceptual ability at a young age. Skills unfold while we engage the child's inherent love of music.

My First Piano Adventure captures the child's playful spirit. Fun-filled songs, rhythm games and technique activies develop beginning keyboard skills.

The fanciful art features five multi-cultural children who are also learning to play. These friends at the piano introduce basic rhythms, white key names, and a variety of white and black-key songs that span classical, folk, and blues. Young students will lisen, sing, create, and play more musically.

Young students will enjoy the multi-cultural "friends at the piano" who introduce white-key names, basic rhythms, and a variety of songs which span clasical, folk, and blues. Ear-training and eye-training are also part of the curriculum.

The recordings demonstrate a key principle of the course: when children listen, sing, tap, and move to their piano music, they play more musically art of the curriculum.

The "My First Piano Adventures" instructor is Lisa Henry. Classes start Tuesday July 12th and run through August 16th. Classes are weekly on Tuesday at 2:00 pm to 3:00 p.m.

Cost for the class is $59.95 for 6 weeks plus the cost of the books.

Classes are enrolling now. Call 636-244-3770 or email Questions@ScalesMusic.net for more information.

A classic!

Like the guitar, the SG bass has been one of rock's defining instruments. This reproduction is true to the Gibson original — light, fast, and loaded with a Sidewinder humbucker and a Mini humbucker to give it tonal power, and a set neck to give it the sustain that made the original famous.

Great looking bass with awesome tone!!

Ibanez Acoustic Electric Bass

The AEB10 has been a successful line of basses for Ibanez, and this continues the tradition by adding a tuner onboard! The spruce-topped mahogany body provides rich warm lows and sweet sustain. Finished with pearl inlays and die-cast tuners, this is an elegant-looking, rich-sounding instrument that will have you playing your best for years to come.
