If you need a repair, need to exchange your rental (including string instrument upsizing) or cancel your contract you can simply call the customer service number for Music and Arts at 1-888-731-5396. Customer service will arrange to have a new instrument shipped to your home location within 48 hours. Once you receive the new rental, simply place the previous rental back in the box and drop it off at the nearest UPS store location within the next 2 weeks.
In the event you would like to close your account, call customer service at 1-888-731-5396 and Music and Arts will send you an empty box with a call tag. Put your return in the box and drop it off at a UPS store near you.
